LCSO Identifies Man Found in Sterling
Man found on June 12 claimed not to know his name, still in custody for treatment

Update, June 18, 10:06 a.m.: LCSO sent out an additional release Friday stating that this man has been identified:
The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office has positively identified a man located in Sterling, VA on June 12, 2011 who was unable to provide basic information to Loudoun Deputies, including his name and date of birth.
The man has been identified as a 25-year-old from Washington, DC.
Deputies responded to the Community Plaza in Sterling, Virginia on June 12the for a subject that was acting irrational. He is currently being treated and held under a temporary custody order.

The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s assistance to help identify an unknown male who claims to not know his name.
The subject was located on June 12, 2011 at the Community Plaza in Sterling, Virginia. The subject was acting irrational and was unable to provide basic information to Loudoun Deputies, including his name or date of birth.
If you have any information regarding the possible identity of this subject you are asked to contact Investigator M. McCaffrey of the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office at 703-777-0475.
He is currently being treated and held under a temporary detention order.
