Lee Renee McGinnis Named Branch Vice President of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage's Leesburg Office

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage has named Lee Renée McGinnis as the new branch vice president of the company’s Leesburg office, where she will lead 40 independent agents. McGinnis brings 30 years of experience in real estate with her to the role.

McGinnis started her career in real estate in 1985 in the Northern Virginia area, where she was a top-producing Realtor® and a real estate finance and sales trainer. Her background also includes time in the corporate sales arena and a position as vice president of membership for a business women’s networking organization. Most recently, she was in charge of new agent training at Long & Foster.

McGinnis is an ICF PCC credentialed business and life coach and a member of the Dulles Area Association of Realtors® (education committee). She is active in community outreach, volunteering with the Tree of Life food pantry and mentoring women trying to get back on their feet after major life issues.
