Leesburg Businesses Get Patched!

This year, Patch will celebrate two years in Leesburg but that doesn't mean we can't act like it's our first day.

On Wednesday, March 21, Editor Leah Kosin visited a number of downtown businesses not only promote the online news source but to see what everyone has been up to.

Features a unique collection of furniture, home accessories and décor, gourmet foods and wine.

Leesburg Hobbies & Collectibles
Specializes in model trains, cars, planes and Breyer horses, as well as other collectibles. It also has Boy Scout and Girl Scout uniforms and supplies, including pinewood and powder puff derby gear.

* The Reign of Cats & Dogs
Store features healthy pet treats, dishes, collars, posh bedding and even a clothing line. There are rooms and rooms of cute pet gifts.

* The Pink Shop/Very Virginia
The Pink Shop carries eccentric jewelry, chocolates, decorations, accessories, hats and cards to name just a few items. Very Virginia carries peanuts, gourmet foods, homemade sweets, souvenirs, T-shirts, postcards, books, "Wood/Wick Candles" and college alumni gifts. It also has Civil War memorabilia, colonial and Civil War costumes, toys, horse-lovers gifts, local artisan crafts and themed gift baskets.
