Leesburg Corner Premium Outlets names Ross Kemper new director of marketing and business development

LEESBURG, Va. (December 1, 2016) – Simon, a global leader in retail real estate, has named Ross Kemper the new director of marketing and business development at Leesburg Corner Premium Outlets. The outlet center is Leesburg’s leading shopping destination for savings of 25 to 65 percent every day.

In his new role, Kemper will be responsible for the development and execution of local and corporate marketing programs, as well as the management of budgeting and financial plans. Additionally, he will oversee the strategic marketing direction of the shopping center including advertising, public relations, tourism marketing, retailer promotion and the execution of signature events.

Having previously worked in the Simon Development Marketing & Corporate Events department, as well as the director of marketing and business development for the Orlando Premium Oultets in Orlando, Fla., Kemper brings many years of experience to Leesburg Corner Premium Outlets.

The Indiana University graduate currently resides in Tyson’s Corner, Va.
