ISELP representatives reached out to the Town of Leesburg in May. The representatives said they would help navigate the donations directly to horse-care providers in Ukraine who are still working, despite the ongoing war.
According to ISELP's website, the organization works with the Ukrainian Equestrian Federation, the Foundation for the Horse, and the British Equine Veterinary Association.
