Man Exposes Himself To Woman Walking Her Dogs In Leesburg: Police

The woman, who was walking her dogs in Ida Lee Park, saw that the man's pants were unzipped and that he was exposing himself.

LEESBURG, VA — A woman walking her dogs on a trail at Ida Lee Park was approached by a man Saturday evening who was exposing himself, according to Leesburg police. The man was last seen fleeing on foot toward North King Street, police said.

About 7:15 p.m. Saturday, police received a call from the woman who said she was approached by the man on a trail adjacent to Old Waterford Road NW near the rear of the wood line at Ida Lee Park.

The woman said she saw that the man's pants were unzipped and that he was exposing himself. She screamed for the man to get away from her, and she fled the area, the police said.

The man is described as 5 feet, 8 or 9 inches tall, with an average build. He is in his late 20s or early 30s, clean-shaven, with short dark hair, and wearing a light pink button-down shirt and dark-colored jeans, police said .
