LEESBURG, VA — Police in Leesburg are asking for the public's help identifying a man who is accused of groping a woman inside Target on Wednesday.

Authorities believe the man has groped other women at Target stores around the region.

Police said the suspect is 5 feet, 7 inches tall and about 30 years old. He weighs about 140 pounds and was wearing a white dress shirt, white pants, a gray denim jacket, and black sneakers. He was carrying a clipboard and soliciting donations, according to the police report.

The incident occurred around 7 p.m. on Wednesday at the Target on Edwards Ferry Road NE in Leesburg. The victim was shopping in the seasonal section when the man groped her, police said.

The man then walked out of the store and drove away in a newer model white Dodge Caravan.
