Officers Matthew Connell, Wayne Gray and Brad Codori, in addition to Patrol Team 3 of the Leesburg Police Department, were among the honorees at the 2019 Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) Virginia Law Enforcement Awards presentation held earlier this week.
