The National Conference Center and West Belmont Place Launch Culinary Video Series

Executive Chef Provides Weekly Recipes Online

The National Conference Center’s Executive Chef Chris Ferrier has recently launched a culinary series on YouTube. The series will provide delicious recipes for parties and family gatherings. Video topics include hors d’oeuvres, desserts, brunch and more! A new video will be posted to YouTube, each week through November 4. Viewers can subscribe to the West Belmont Place YouTube channel for weekly updates.

“With the holidays just around the corner, I wanted to include recipes that could be easily prepared for any occasion,” explained Ferrier. “The featured recipes are perfect for sharing.”

In addition to the weekly series on YouTube, West Belmont Place is holding a recipe contest. To enter, contestants just have to “like” West Belmont Place on Facebook (www.facebook.com/WestBelmontPlace)  and post their favorite recipe. The deadline for entries is Friday, November 6. The participant whose recipe receives the most “likes” will win a private wine tasting for 6 people, conducted at The National by Chief Wine Officer Mary Watson-DeLauder. The prize also includes transportation by Reston Limousine. The winner will be announced on Monday, November 9. Contest rules can be found at http://westbelmontplace.com/chefs-culinary-series/
