A store specializing in authentic Native American jewelry and décor opened up shop recently in Leesburg.
Eagle’s Berth at 19A Wirst St. N.W. in Leesburg’s Downtown had its ceremonial grand opening last week.
Owner Lisa Toson, who has a full-time job outside of the store, decided she wanted to run her own business.

“I traveled to Montanta to see what businesses I would open and I fell in love with that style of life,” Toson said. “I decided to bring that to this area because there’s not much of that in here.”
Toson sells pottery from the Navajo and Sioux nation. She also has Southwest-style blankets, pillow covers, dream catchers, and more. The jewelry comes with a certificate of authenticity.
