The two law enforcement agencies are asking the public for information on other possible fraud victims. Ryan has worked as a home health care worker in other parts of the area, the Leesburg police said.
The investigation began in May, when an unidentified woman reported to the Leesburg police that $3,022.95 in fraudulent purchases had been charged to the bank account of her 95-year-old parents. The investigation revealed that Ryan had recently been hired as a home health care worker for the victims, the police said.
