Police: Ex-Volunteer Paramedic Faces Rape Charges
Second underage victim identified in case: Loudoun County Sheriff's Office.

The investigation into a former volunteer paramedic for inappropriate contact with a minor has identified a second victim in the case, the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office announced Monday.
Timothy M. Ward, 31, of Sterling, turned himself over to authorities Monday and was charged with rape, attempted forcible sodomy and indecent liberties with a child by a person in a custodial or supervisory relationship, the sheriff’s office said.
Ward was initially charged last month after an investigation by the sheriff’s office revealed he was having inappropriate contact with an underage female. Ward was arrested on May 22 and charged with indecent liberties with a child by a person in a custodial or supervisory relationship, and use of a communication device to solicit a child.
