Police: Leesburg Man Shot During Fight on Friday Night
Another local man arrested at the scene, then jailed, say Leesburg police.

A Leesburg man has been listed in critical condition in a Fairfax hospital after being shot multiple times Friday night during a fight, according to the Leesburg police.
Another Leesburg man, Jacob Timothy Kinsey, 29, has been charged with aggravated malicious wounding and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony in connection with the shooting, the Leesburg police said. Kinsey is being held without bond at the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center.
Police officers were dispatched at about 10:58 p.m. Friday to a residence in the 800 block of Rhonda Place SE for a report of a shooting. At the scene, they found the victim suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to his upper torso area, according to a police report.

Officers provided first aid to the victim until rescue squad units arrived. The victim was transported by helicopter to Inova Fairfax Hospital, where he underwent surgery and was listed Saturday in critical condition, the police said.
Kinsey, the suspect in the shooting, was still at the scene and was immediately detained for questioning, the police said. Officers also recovered a handgun believed to have been used in the shooting.
