Police: Shots Fired Into Credit Union Building

The Leesburg Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the individual or group who fired several shots into the Northwest Federal Credit Union building on Battlefield Parkway, between the Dulles Greenway and Sycolin Road.

Between 6 p.m. Thursday and 7 a.m. Friday, numerous rounds were fired into the side of the building that faces Battlefield Parkway SE, the police said. The bank was closed and no persons were inside during the time of the incident.
