Police: Woman Shot in Hamilton
Man was unloading weapon when it fired, according to Loudoun County Sheriff's Office.
Deputies are investigating what appears to be an accidental shooting Sunday night in Hamilton, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office.
The woman was injured around 7:30 p.m. Sunday in a home on Hamilton Terrace Drive when a man was reportedly unloading a firearm and it went off.
The victim received non-life-threatening injuries. Deputies were called when the victim arrived at Inova Loudoun Hospital at Lansdowne.
