Fall into health, wellness & fitness with a kick‐off to a Positively Healthier Lifestyle. Fifteen local businesses, healthy refreshments, and the opportunity to register for upcoming events, classes, and services. Discuss your health, wellness, & fitness goals with vendors who specialize and offer services that promote, support, motivate, inspire, & encourage healthier lives. Free samples, demonstrations, raffles, and other activities!

• HuckleBerry Fresh will be sampling out many of their delicious and seasonal products! Come meet HuckleBerry Fresh producers, enjoy a cup of warm cider, delicious soup, and food tastings!
• “Dance Fusion” latin/hiphop inspired fitness class with Instructor/Trainer, Kia Kaha Lisa Schwarz at 2:00 pm.
• Donate for the holiday season and “Pay it Forward” with non‐perishable food items for Loudoun Interfaith Relief & Women’s Shelter
• Visit Inova HealthSource Blood Pressure Screening Booth and Inova HealthSource Nutrition Knowledge Booth
