President of Clark Enterprises joins Boulder Crest Retreat for Military and Veteran Wellness Honorary Board

Robert Flanagan, president of Clark Enterprises, Inc., has joined the board of directors for Boulder Crest Retreat for Military and Veteran Wellness. Overseeing the acquisition, management, and development of new investment opportunities for Clark Enterprises, and as managing director of CNF Investments LLC, its private equity division, he serves on the boards of Eagle Oil & Gas Co, Brown Advisory, and Svelte Medical Systems. He is chairman of the Board of Directors of Sagent Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ:SGNT) and the Federal City Council, Washington, DC., and is also a member of the Board of Advisors of Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business and is a trustee of the Clark Charitable Foundation, Inc.

Prior to his current role at Clark Enterprises, Inc., Bob served on the Board of Directors of Clark Construction Group, LLC; was chairman of the Board of Directors of Martek Biosciences Corporation (NASDAQ:MATK) and was treasurer, secretary and a member of the Board of Directors of Baltimore Orioles, Inc. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Georgetown University, a master’s degree from the American University School of Business, and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Washington, D.C.

Boulder Crest Retreat for Military and Veteran Wellness is a rural sanctuary that provides free accommodations, recreational, and therapeutic activities and programs to help our nation’s military and veteran personnel and their families recover and reconnect during their long journey of healing from physical and invisible wounds of war. The 37-acre retreat is located in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains in Bluemont, Virginia, just 50 miles west of Washington, D.C. The Retreat is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and is entirely funded through private donations from individuals, foundations and corporations.
