Residents, who do not receive a mailer, are welcome to come to the hotel reception desk and request a special birthday room key and a chance to win.

The hotel’s signature giveaway at their front desk is the much-loved Chupa Chup lollipop. The hotel is also running a contest to guess how many Chupa Chups are on display in a large vase on the front desk. The hotel chain has singlehandedly handed out more than 5 million Chupa Chups since choosing it as their signature lollipop.
