The National Conference Center’s Executive Chef Craig Mason has launched a YouTube holiday culinary series called “Thinkin’ Thanksgiving.” The series is online every Friday from October 4 to November 22 and will provide delicious recipes and tips for the holiday. To see the first episode, go to http://bit.ly/GD2Dlr. In addition, the National Conference Center is holding a culinary contest. To enter, contestants just have to “like” the National Conference Center on Facebook and post a photo or video of their dish with the hashtag of #nccturkeytwist. The challenge lies in the fact that participants must use any number of the following ingredients: cranberries, candy corn, turkey breast, kale and/or sausage (along with usual cooking staples—spices, flour, butter, oil, cream/milk, etc.) Enter by November 25.
The participant with the most creative dish will win a $100 gift card to Whole Foods. The winner will be announced on Monday, December 2.
