Three-story Home Ablaze in Lovettsville

 Firefighters were still battling a blaze in the 40000 block of Lovettsville Road as of about 2:30 p.m. Wednesday.

Units reported to the scene at about 1:30 p.m., responding from Lovettesville, Lucketts, Purcellville and Frederick County, Md.

The three-story home was ablaze on all three floors, according to Laura Rinehart, spokeswoman for Loudoun County Fire, Rescue and Emergency Management.

No one was inside the home as firefighters began battling the blaze on the first and second floors, according to Rinehart.

Units are still fighting the fire, and this will cause major delays on the Berlin Turnpike.
