Traffic Alert: Weekend Events to Impact Traffic

Events in Brambleton, South Riding and Middleburg are expected to cause delays. Here's the timeframes and roads impacted.

The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office is advising residents of weekend events that may cause traffic delays in various areas of the county.

  • An event in South Riding may impact traffic on Riding Center Drive and Unicorn Drive between7 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. on September 12th.
  • An event in Brambleton may impact traffic on Northstar Boulevard, Epperson Square, Boca Field Terrace, Grahams Stable Square, Tradewind Drive and Gentle Falls Drive between 7:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. on September 12th.
  • A charity ride on September 12th may impact traffic on Snickersville Turnpike from the Bluemont area of Route 7 from noon to 3 p.m.
  • An event at the Virginia International Polo Fields on September 13th may impact traffic on Trappe Road in the Middleburg area.

Motorists are asked to please be patient, drive safely, follow all law-enforcement direction and have a safe weekend.
