Twice is Nice Thrift Shop Celebrating National Thrift Shop Day

Bargains will abound when the Twice Is Nice thrift shop rolls out its 50-percent-off storewide sale Thursday, Aug. 17, in celebration of National Thrift Shop Day. Door prizes will be part of the celebration.

Located at 305 East Market St. in Leesburg’s Tollhouse Shopping Center, Twice Is Nice offers quality, new and previously-owned merchandise at affordable prices. Offerings include clothing and accessories for the entire family, kitchen and fine dining items, linens, furniture, small appliances, books, pictures and frames, greeting cards, and collectibles. The shop is open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Saturday.

Twice Is Nice is operated by The Ladies Board of Inova Loudoun Hospital and is staffed exclusively by volunteers. All proceeds benefit the hospital and nursing scholarships. Since the shop opened 25 years ago, it has raised over $750,000.

The shop accepts donations from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Monday through Saturday.

The Ladies Board of Inova Loudoun Hospital is a non-profit organization with the mission to promote good will between the community and the hospital, and to raise funds for patient services, nursing education, and hospital projects.
