The Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office and the Leesburg Police Department have located since Oct. 4.
Michael ‘Mike’ W. Elsea, 16, of Leesburg, and Danielle N. Maze, 16, also of Leesburg, were located safe and unharmed in the Richmond, Virginia area on October 14.
