U.S. News Ranks Inova Loudoun Hospital in Top Ten

U.S. News & World Report released its annual Best Hospitals rankings on Monday and cited Inova Loudoun Hospital as #8 in the Washington DC metro area. Inova Loudoun Hospital is ranked #11 in Virginia and is recognized among the Best Hospitals in Northern Virginia. 

All of Inova Health System’s five hospitals advanced to the top 20 with four in the top ten. Inova Fairfax Hospital is #1 on the list.

This year’s Best Hospitals, the 23^rd annual edition, showcases more than 720 of the nation’s roughly 5,000 hospitals. Fewer than 150 are nationally ranked in at least one of 16 medical specialties. The rest of the recognized hospitals met a standard of performance nearly as demanding in one or more specialties.

• Geriatrics
• Nephrology
• Orthopedics
• Pulmonology
• Urology
