The recent devastation caused by Hurricane Helene has left many communities in and around Western North Carolina in desperate need of help. A local family, in collaboration with the Civilian Disaster Response Organization, is stepping up to lead collection efforts, and The Town of Lovettsville has agreed to assist as a donation drop-off point.
Donations of both human and animal supplies are urgently needed and will be distributed directly to those affected. You can help by donating items such as livestock feed, dog and cat food, personal hygiene products, cleaning supplies, baby formula, diapers, medical supplies, and more.
Please place items on the porch of Lovettsville Town Hall between the hours of 8:30AM and 4:30PM.
