Oktoberfest is a four-day festival, highlighting German food, music and dancing, to promote partnerships with Fort Belvoir and the surrounding communities. Oktoberfest features a carnival, Volksmarch, keg tapping ceremony, vendor market, and BOWC Fall Bazaar (BOWC: Sat 12-6 and Sun 12-4).
