Effective Aust 1st, 201 PSP Products Inc. and Benfield Electric Co., of Virginia (BEVA), have completed a merger which joins together two of the largest standby powersolution companies with operations in Virginia. BEVA is the lead partner in the merger and is the corporation that the new entity, trading as "PSP Power Solutions" will operate under.
