Manassas Primary Voter Guide: What’s On The Aug. 4 Ballot
Manassas voters can begin casting ballots for Virginia's primary election on June 18. Here's who is on the ballot.
MANASSAS, VA — On Aug. 4, voters in Virginia’s 10th Congressional District will choose who will represent the Republican Party in the November general election for that seat in the U.S. House of Representatives as well as who will challenge incumbent Senator Mark Warner.
Early voting for the primary begins on June 18. Voters are not registered by party in Virginia, so any registered voter can cast a ballot in the primary they choose.
VA 10 Republican Primary
In Manassas, voters will cast their ballots for one of three Republican candidates running. Those candidates are:

Senate Republican Primary
Voters in both districts can choose from among 3 candidates running to represent the Republican Party in the U.S. Senate race in November. Those candidates are:
On the Democratic side, incumbent Senator Mark Warner has already secured his party's nomination.
Below is information on early voting dates and how to vote in person and by mail in Manassas City.
Early Voting In Person
Early voting begins June 18.
Location: Voting Registration Office, 9025 Center Street, Manassas, VA 20110.
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Sunday, July 19 and Sunday, July 26: 12 p.m. - 5 p.m.
Saturday, July 25 and Saturday, Aug. 1: 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
The office will be closed on Friday, June 19 and Friday, July 3.
Early Voting By Mail
Mail ballots for upcoming elections can be requested now. Applications are accepted until 5 p.m. on July 24. If requesting a ballot for a primary election, you must indicate a political party preference.
Manassas City voters can request a mail-in ballot online through this portal. They can download an application or call (703) 257-8230 to request one by mail. Completed applications can be mailed or dropped off at 9025 Center St, Manassas, VA 20110, or emailed to absentee@manassasva.gov.
Mail-in ballots must be postmarked on or before Election Day and received by 12 p.m. (noon) the Friday after the election. Ballots can be mailed to 9025 Center St, Manassas, VA 20110, dropped off at that address between 8:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. or dropped in the secure drop box at that location.
