Body Found in Retention Pond is Missing Woman
Foul play is not suspected in the case. Investigators still working to determine the exact cause of death, according to police.
MANASSAS, VA — A body found in a retention pond in the Manassas area has beein identified a woman previously reported missing, according to Prince William County Police.
The victim has been identified as Rose Marie Ditoro, 23, of Annandale. She had been reported missing on Feb. 4.
Ditoro's body was found on March 29 in the pond in the 7300 block of Williamson Blvd. The investigation continues in the case, but no foul play is suspected at this time.
Detectives are currently working in conjunction with the Medical Examiner’s Office to determine the exact cause of death.
