Bolay Fresh Bold Kitchen to Open in Gainesville to Oct. 13
Outback Steakhouse Co-founder Brings Florida-based Restaurant to Gainesville, Va.; Free Giveaways at Grand Opening
Bolay Fresh Bold Kitchen, established in Florida, is opening in Gainesville, Virginia at 5035 Wellington Rd. with a grand opening on Thurs., Oct. 13, 2022. Its healthy, gluten-free, build-your-own ‘Bol’ concept of greens, grains and proteins is a signature item for the restaurant, while providing a fast, casual dining experience, and providing corporate and special event catering service as well. It’s noted for its global flavors of special spice blends, sauces, and menu items like forbidden black rice, spicy Thai shrimp, cilantro pesto noodles and balsamic mushrooms. On Oct. 13, the first 100 guests on grand opening day will receive a free Bol each month for one year through the BolayGo App. During Bolay VIP Week, starting Oct. 13, guests will receive a free Bol, when they present their registration ticket at the cash register to redeem. Bolay of Gainesville, Va. is led by general manager, Paul Paterno of Bristow, Va., a former Hilton Hotel food and beverage director. Paterno, a Johnson and Wales University graduate, is passionate about good food and he enjoys using his cooking skills to host and cater for families and large groups. A native New Yorker, Paterno has lived in Northern Virginia for 20 years, where he’s raised his three daughters.
