The Cloud Team -Patrick and Vicki Shoemaker Cloud receive the Top Producing Team Award for 3 Years in a Row from Exit Heritage Realty!

The Top Producing Award is given annually to the team reaching the highest amount in sales volume!

The Cloud Team has 15 years experience refining the perfect combination of skills and experience to be a very successful team helping clients all over Northern Virginia including: Haymarket, Bristow, Warrenton, Manassas, Gainesville and Woodbridge to name a few cities. They specialize in home sales above $500,000 as well as in land sales & commercial property sales and leases. Vicki and Patrick are the agents to call on if you are a new or savvy investor, first time home buyer or are interested in short sales and foreclosures.

They are a third generation family of realtors in our area. Vicki Shoemaker Cloud spent many years in Europe, mostly Italy and France. She is 100% fluent in Italian and speaks some Spanish and French too. Once returning to the United States in 2002, Vicki obtained her license as a Real Estate salesperson and achieved three designations in her first years as a realtor, as well as consecutive years as a Top Producer in The Prince William Association of Realtors.

Patrick has extensive commercial real estate experience purchasing and selling over 4 million dollars in commercial properties and has also conducted 10-15 million dollars in commercial real estate lease agreements. Patrick also has experience acquiring investment properties. He is skilled in estimating the potential profit for an investor in the commercial and residential real estate market.

Vicki is a member of the NAR, National Association of Realtors, VAR, Virginia Association of Realtors as well as the PWAR, Prince William Association of Realtors. She is a GRI® Graduate and a member of the REALTOR® Institute. Vicki joined the Grievance Committee at PWAR in 2003 and one year later was nominated and appointed as the Chairperson of the Grievance Committee and continued to volunteer her time and provide her talent and knowledge to the process as The Chairperson in 2014, 2015 & 2016. Vicki was the sole receiver of the 2007 PWAR Code of Ethics award. She is currently on the Professional Standards and Arbitration Board at PWAR for 2017. Ethics and fairness are paramount in the real estate profession and Vicki diligently strives to properly represent her clients.

Vicki serves on the Board of Trustees for CASA CIS, Court Appointed Special Advocates Children’s Intervention Services, which is a local charity benefitting abused and neglected children. It is a not for profit organization that is near and dear to both her and Patrick’s heart. For over a decade, they have worked to better the lives of children and families in our community.

After Vicki became a Broker in 2005, she began instructing with Moseley Real Estate Schools. Vicki taught their courses in many other Northern Virginia offices over several years. She taught the “Principals in Real Estate” course for promising new salespersons as well as the Broker’s, PLE, Post Licensing Education & CE, Continuing Education courses. In 2007, Vicki joined the team of instructors of the PWAR instructing the “Limited Service Brokerage” class then in 2008 was trained and certified as an Ethics Instructor by the VREB, Virginia Real Estate Board. Vicki is now an Associate Broker and leads a team of four realtors at Exit Heritage Realty. You won’t find anyone more prepared to do the job than the Cloud Team.
