Four candidates were vying for three seats on the council.
The following numbers are provided by the Virginia Department of Elections. They are not yet certified results.

- Sheryl Bass (R), 5,243 votes
- Marc Aveni (R), 4,185 votes
- Ken Elston (D), 4,028 votes
- Patricia Richie-Folks (D), 3,704 votes
