Found Body: Suspicious Death Ruled Homicide

Investigators now believe a 26-year-old man found dead Sunday morning was the victim of a homicide, according to Manassas City Police.
The body was discovered Sunday morning in the 8900 block of Nicol Lane. The victim, who has not been identified, was reportedly found wrapped in a carpet near a dumpster.
The cause of death was multiple stab wounds, according to the state Medical Examiner.

Manassas City Police are asking residents who may have been in the area Saturday or Sunday and have information to call the Investigative Services Division at 703-257-8092 or Crime Solvers.
