Free Giant Lion Opetation Game
Giant 4ft by 8ft game where 3 people can simultaneously "operate" on a lion by picking items out of his body with large tongs
This week, Sunday, 7 August through Wednesday, 10 August, the Manassas Church of Christ had their annual Vacation Bible School each evening from 6:45 to 8:30pm. Over 100 children attended with many more adults and teens helping perform skits, teaching classes and facilitating craft working groups. My wife and I ran a cafe and gaming area where we reviewed the day's story with the children and learned the 23 Psalm together, all while feeding everyone a snack. For the last day we were talking about the life of King David and how he killed both the lion and the bear as a teenage shepherd living in Israel. To help get the point across I built a giant 4ft by 8ft game where 3 people can simultaneously "operate" on a lion by picking items out of his body with large tongs-- the goal is to do so without making contact with the side of the pan holding the item. If you make contact a light comes on and a buzzer ot siren goes off. The game was a great hit and is still in perfect working order, but now that Vacation Bible School is over, I must get rid of this game. This item is free to anyone who wants it, but they must pick it up and they will need at least a pickup truck or similar vehicle to do so. Please call David at 210-317-4988.
