“Love of your country is a part of faith” is a famous saying of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) which every Muslim learns from early childhood. These words are very comprehensive and importantly unconditional. I feel very honored that I live in a country where its people and particularly the constitution guarantees liberty and justice for all citizens. I feel blessed to call America my home.
Let’s celebrate Independence Day with the renewed pledge that we will continue to uphold the freedoms we stand for. I pray for peace, prosperity and unity of our nation. Long Live America. Happy Fourth of July to all.
