Man Arrested For July House Fire That Killed Two in Manassas: Police
He previously had been held on arson charges until being charged with murder by a Grand Jury, according to Prince William County Police.

MANASSAS, VA — A man already charged with arson in a July 31 house fire that left two people dead in the 10300 block of Lomond Drive was hit with murder charges last week by a Grand Jury, according to Prince William County Police.
Noe Antonio Nolasco Amaya, 36, of no fixed address, was charged with two counts of first degree murder and two counts of felony murder.
The victims were Joe Javier Avalos, 17, and William Alexander Molina-Rivas, 36 — both of Manassas.

When police arrived at the fire scene, they located two men inside the home. One was pronounced dead at the scene and the other was flown to an area hospital, where he later died.
Four dogs also died in the fire.

A third person found wandering with severe burns near Manassas Mall the night of the fire turned out to be Amaya.
He remains in jail without bond.
