Man Shot In Manassas: Police
A man was shot multiple times early Saturday in Manassas, according to Prince William County Police.
MANASSAS,VA—A man was shot multiple times early Saturday in the 8000 block of Portwood Turn, according to Prince William County Police. He was taken to a nearby hospital with injuries not considered life threatening.
Shortly before 2 a.m., police went to the scene for a reported shooting, They found the victim, 20, suffering from gunshot wounds, and provided emergency first aid before his transport arrived. Several witnesses said they heard gunshots in the area, and multiple gun casings were found.
No suspects have been identified, and the motive is unknown. Anyone with information is urged to call police at 703-792-6500.
