Man Wanted For Terrorizing Woman In Nokesville Arrested: Police

A man wanted for terrorizing a female acquaintance this past Sunday in the 10400 block of Lonesome Road was arrested Tuesday: PWC Police.

NOKESVILLE, VA — A man wanted for terrorizing a female acquaintance this past Sunday in the 10400 block of Lonesome Road was arrested Tuesday, according to Prince William County Police. Michael Kelly Puckett, 48, of the aforementioned address, was charged with domestic assault and battery and destruction of property. He's being held without bond.

Around 3:30 a.m., police responded to the scene to investigate a domestic assault. The victim, 48, of Nokesville, said she and Puckett were involved in an argument that turned violent. She said he threatened her with a knife and then punched her in the face before trying to prevent her from leaving the residence.

She finally was able to escape and try to leave in her vehicle. But that's when Puckett allegedly smashed one of the vehicle's windows and tried to grab her. Still, she was able to drive away and contact police.
