New Hilton Hotel, Speakeasy Planned For Manassas Development

MANASSAS, VA — A new Hilton hotel is coming to Manassas, complete with its own speakeasy, wine bar, and café.

The facility is scheduled to open in mid-2025 at the Farm Brew LIVE mixed-use campus. The hotel is being built through a partnership between Holladay Properties and Villagio Hospitality Group.

The new hotel, Tempo by Hilton, will have an open lobby design and an array of food and beverage options for guests and visitors.

Austin Haynes is a development manager at Holladay Properties.

"We are thrilled to bring this contemporary hotel vision to life at our premier Farm Brew LIVE destination," Haynes said in a news release. "With communal spaces, tech-enabled amenities, upscale culinary options and an energetic vibe, Tempo aligns perfectly with the campus’ broader mission to create a dynamic live-work-play environment."

Farm Brew LIVE already hosts an outdoor music stage along with businesses like 2 Silos Brewing, The Black Sheep, and Papi Chulo Tacos and Tequila.

"Tempo will complement and elevate the one-of-a-kind experience at Farm Brew LIVE!, while also serving business and leisure travelers with Hilton’s outstanding hospitality,” Marcus Silva, Villagio Hospitality Group's president said in a news release. “We are excited about the promise and potential of this new hotel concept."

The developers said they expect the new hotel to be a focal point for the Farm Brew LIVE campus. It will host 92 guest rooms across 60,000 square feet.
