According to InsideNOVA.com, Richa has been a top chef for 40 plus years. Richa and the deli specialize in catering services for weddings, banquets and corporate events.

  • A native of Uruguay, Barolin and his family purchased “The Sandwich Factory Café” in 1989. His vision for a gourmet cuisine inspired by his culinary background brought him and his family to Manassas where they embarked on a journey to live out their dream. It is now called “City Square Café” and boasts a vast array of international bistro items.

  • From Tallahassee Florida, Chef Brower opened up the cute café on Main Street in Old Town just after his 30th birthday, according to a Historic Manassas, Inc. press release. He serves coffees, teas, smoothies, sandwiches and Edy’s ice cream, but his specialties are homemade cheesecake cupcakes with such flavors as apple cinnamon and blueberry.

 

Ching Ken Hung – Sichuan Garden

  • A chef of 30 years, Hung is head of the Chinese cuisine on Centreville Road offering made to order dishes with fresh ingredients. His specialty is in preparing a dish “just the way YOU like it.” Join them for Seafood Pan Fried Noodle, Lemon Chicken, and more.
