Police Apprehend Burglary Suspect at Gainesville Business
Officers found him in woods behind building, say Prince William County police.

A man who allegedly broke into a Gainesville business on Saturday night was arrested at the scene by police officers responding to a burglar alarm.
Todd Jeffrey Luzader, 38, of no fixed address, was charged with burglary and destruction of property, according to a report from the Prince William County police. He’s bring held without bond at the Prince William-Manassas regional jail, and his next date in court is Sept. 28.

The police responded at 8:07 p.m. Saturday to an alarm going off at Traffic Safety Supplies at 14490 Lee Highway (Route 29), the police report said. On arrival, they found that several glass windows had been shattered, several doors had been damaged and the interior of the business had been disturbed.
The officers set up a perimeter, and a police K-9 unit (an officer with a dog) attempted to track the suspect. They found Luzader in the woods in the rear of the building and detained him without incident.
