Power outages routine in parts of manassas.

This is becoming a real pain for manassas city residents unfortunate enough to live on what appears to be a fragile electrical grid.

So once again a good majority of manassas city residents find themselves without power, on a Sunday night at 12:30 am. So you clocks are out and you'll probably be late for work Monday morning, because? Why!? The weather is cold but not freezing, there are no storms, it's a calm night, but wait! The POWER IS OUT AGAIN! This is to the point that it has become ridiculous, not because the power if out again, but the power is out ONLY IN ONE SWATH of MANASSAS! A deer park and across from the post office toward grant ave. Why is this grid so unstable?! is it OLD? What is the problem? Considering the entire rest of manassas never seems to lose power. I think we residents need to bring a some kind of action/petition against the city of manassas because of this reoccurring problem, sudden outages can damage electronics, appliances, and various other things in our homes. Not to mention the inconvenience of losing power without warning and on the least expected situations. The power didn't even flicker during the all day wind storm about 2 months ago but tonight it's gone off on a calm cool night.
