Recycle Your Christmas Tree in Prince William County

Dispose of the drying trees at several sites recommended by the county, and free wood-chip much is available.

PRINCE WILLIAM COUNTY, VA — Some of you are able to simply dump that shell-of-its-former-self Christmas tree by the side of the curb, it's usefulness no longer desired or needed.

Some of you aren't afforded that option, however, so Prince William County offers alternatives.

Sure, it involves a quick trip, but this is a way to make sure it goes on to have another life in the form of, say, compost or mulch.
