Ribbon Cutting Marks First Day of Farmer's Market

The mayor and city manager participated in Thursday's ribbon cutting ceremony.

The Manassas Farmer's Market,  located in Old Town Manassas,  opened Thursday with a ribbon cutting ceremony. The outdoor market has been serving Manassas for 25 years. 

The Thursday market is located inside the Harris Pavilion, located at 9201 Center Street, and  features the best in "Virginia Grown" produce. The Thursday market is open from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m.

The Saturday Market is located in parking lot B beside the Train Depot at the corner of West and Prince William streets and also  features produce that is "Virginia Grown" and beyond.

Both locations are in the heart of Old Town and provide the best of the freshest local produce at an open-air market. Saturday's market reopens April 2 from 7:30 am - 2:30pm.
