Two Charged in Jail Brawl That Sends Inmate to Hospital
Third suspect is in jail but remains unidentified: Prince William County police.

Two inmates at the Prince William-Manassas regional jaill have been charged with assaulting another inmate on Saturday, but a third inmate involved in the assault remains unidentified, police said.

Prince William County police responded at 6:25 p.m. Saturday to a report of an assault between inmates at the Adult Detention Center, at 9320 Lee Ave. in Manassas, according to a police report.
An investigation revealed that the victim, a 47-year-old man, was assaulted by three other inmates following an altercation at the jail. The victim sustained serious injuries to his face and was taken to a local hospital for treatment, the police report said.

Police detectives were able to identify two of the assailants and obtained arrest warrants on Monday charging them with aggravated malicious wounding. The third suspect remains unidentified, police said.
The two charged on Monday were Darren Nathaniel Davis, , 30, and Jeremiah Randy Jackson, 26; both have no fixed address. Both are being held without bond at the jail, and their next date in court is May 27.
