Tony Chieuvan Bui Nguyen (in photo), 35, of 10294 Greenspire Drive in Oakton, was arrested and charged with four additional counts of sexual battery, according to a Prince William police report. He was released on a $4,000 unsecured bond, and his next court date is March 12.
The case began Nov. 10, when the SVU detectives responded to a sexual battery allegation reported to have occurred at the Patient First urgent care center at 9715 Liberia Ave. in Manassas. Following an investigation, Nguyen was arrested on Dec. 3 and then released on a court summons.
Since then, four more victims, all men between 22 and 33 years of age, came forward to report offenses that occurred in similar circumstances as the initial complaint, the police report said. The victims reported that during routine examinations, the accused sexually assaulted them.
The acts took place at different times between last July and November while Nguyen was a physician at Patient First, the police report said. Following the investigation, warrants were obtained and the physician was arrested.
