Tropical Smoothie Cafe offering free 24 oz. smoothies in honor of Natl' Flip Flop Day and Camp Sunshine.
is offering its customers free smoothies Friday, June 17, in honor of National Flip Flop Day and to raise awareness about its charity partner, Camp Sunshine.
Every location nationwide is encouraging smoothie lovers to put on a pair of flip flops and pick up their free treat, during this one-day only offer. The first 500 people wearing flip flops at each cafe will receive a free 24 oz. Jetty Punch
smoothie.
The national smoothie franchise is using the summer holiday to offer the freebies in an effort to raise awareness to Camp Sunshine -- a retreat for children with life-threatening illnesses and their families, according to a press release issued by the company.
In addition, Tropical Smoothie Cafe is donating a portion of its proceeds of the Sunrise Sunset Smoothies sold nationwide throughout the entire summer.
