Weems Town Hall Meeting Today

The town hall-style meeting will be held at , Monday, Dec. 5 at 7 p.m.

The session will being with an 'open house' time so residents may pose questions and address problems with council members and staff. See attached .pdf for a complete list of city department staff available to residents during the open house.

The remaining schedule is as follows:

7 p.m.—Open House with city staff

7:30 p.m.—Mayor's welcome

7:40 p.m.—City Manager's update

7:50 p.m.—School Superintendent's update

8 p.m.—Citizen's Time; Q&A

8:15 p.m.—Open House with city staff

The town hall meetings are part of the city's "Communicating with our Residents" program. Residents are encouraged to attend and express views on ongoing or upcoming projects and needs in the community.

Those interested in volunteering for city and school projects are also encouraged to attend the meeting.
