Young Girl Raped by Family Member in Manassas: Police
The 9-year-old girl revealed the crime after watching educational video at school. Mark Christopher Stone, 28, being held without bond.
MANASSAS, VA — A man who allegedly raped a 9-year-old female member on more than one occasion between September and October was arrested Tuesday at a Manassas residence, according to Prince William County Police.
Mark Christopher Stone, 28, of Manassas, was charged with two counts of rape, three counts of forcible sodomy, two counts of object sexual penetration and one count of displaying inappropriate materials to a child.
The incidents recently were disclosed after the victim watched an educational video at school regarding appropriate and inappropriate touching.
