Your Local Election Guide: Vote Nov. 8

Manassas residents are hitting the polls today until 7 p.m.

Manassas residents will head to the polls on Tuesday, Nov. 8 to elect a state senator, member of the House of Delegates, commonwealth attorney and Prince William County sheriff.

Here's who's on the ballot:

  • Sr. (D) and (R) are running for a seat on the Virginia Senate (District 29).
  • Paul B. Ebert is currently running unopposed for Commonwealth Attorney.
  • and are running for the office of the Sheriff for Prince William County.

Deadline to register to vote is in the upcoming Nov. 8 elections is Monday,  Oct. 17. Last day to apply for an absentee ballot by mail is Nov. 1 and last day to for in-person absentee voting is Nov. 5.

Residents can register to vote or change their address at the Office of Voter Registration and Elections, located at 9025 Center Street in Manassas. More information, such as registration status and voting locations,  is available at the State Board of Elections website or by calling 703-257-8230.
